What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity depends on the packaging type, material, printing method and level of customization. Custom printed boxes typically start from 500 units. Share your target quantity with us, and we will recommend the most cost-effective production option.
What information do you need to prepare a quote?
For an accurate quote, please provide the packaging type, dimensions, estimated quantity, preferred material or finish, delivery country and target date. If some details are not yet confirmed, send us what you have and our team will help define the specifications.
Can I order a sample before mass production?
Yes. We can produce a physical sample so you can evaluate the size, structure, materials, printing and finishes before approving mass production. Sample production typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the packaging complexity.
How long does custom packaging production take?
Mass production typically takes 10–15 business days after the artwork and sample specifications have been approved. More complex structures, specialty finishes or large quantities may require additional time. Shipping time is quoted separately based on the destination and delivery method.
Can you help with packaging design and artwork?
Yes. You can provide finished artwork, an existing design or simply your brand assets and packaging requirements. Our team can assist with structural design, dielines, material selection and artwork preparation. Production begins only after you approve the final proof.
How do you ensure packaging quality?
Every project follows material, printing, colour, construction and finishing checks throughout production. We also conduct a 100% pre-shipment inspection before the order leaves the factory to help ensure consistent quality across the full production run.
Do you offer sustainable packaging and worldwide delivery?
Yes. We offer FSC-certified papers, recycled and recyclable materials, reusable packaging and other lower-impact options based on your product requirements. SurePacks also supports international shipping and has supplied packaging to customers in more than 60 countries.
