1. General Provisions & Account Registration

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to
    use our Site or order products.
  • Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the
    confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. Orders, Proofs, & Custom Manufacturing

  • Artwork & Specifications: Clients are responsible for providing high-resolution artwork, correct
    die-lines, and vector files. SurePacks is not liable for errors in final products resulting from
    low-resolution or incorrect client-submitted files.
  • Digital & Physical Proofing: Prior to production, a digital or physical proof will be provided for
    approval. Your approval of the proof is final. Once approved, no changes can be made to the
    order design, layout, or typography.

Manufacturing & Color Tolerances:
Due to variations in substrates, ink formulations, and screen calibrations, minor color
variances (typically within ) may occur between digital proofs and physical production runs.
Quantity tolerances: Custom manufacturing runs are subject to an industry-standard
production margin of to . Overruns or underruns will be billed or credited accordingly.


3. Pricing, Payment, & Orders

  • Pricing: All prices listed on the Site or quoted in custom estimates are subject to change
    without prior notice until an order is confirmed and paid.
  • Payment Terms: Full payment (or agreed-upon deposit terms) is required prior to initiating
    raw material sourcing and production.
  • Taxes & Customs: Customers are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, duties, tariffs,
    and customs clearances associated with international shipments.


4. Shipping, Delivery, & Title

  • Production & Transit Times: Production turnarounds and delivery estimates are provided as
    guidelines and are not guaranteed. SurePacks is not liable for carrier delays, weather
    disruptions, or supply chain bottlenecks.
  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the
    shipping carrier.
  • Inspection & Claims: Claims for damaged, missing, or defective goods must be submitted in
    writing within 7 calendar days of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.


5. Returns, Cancellations, & Refunds

  • Custom Products: Because custom packaging is manufactured to unique client
    specifications, custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned once proof
    approval is granted and production has commenced.
  • Cancellations: Orders canceled prior to proof approval may be eligible for a refund, minus any
    graphic design, prepress, or administrative fees incurred.


6. Intellectual Property

  • SurePacks IP: All website content, branding, logos, structural templates, text, and original
    images are the exclusive property of SurePacks.
  • Client IP: You retain ownership of all logos, artwork, and trademarks submitted to us. By
    submitting artwork, you grant SurePacks a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and
    display the artwork solely for manufacturing your products and showcasing completed works
    in our portfolio (unless bound by a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement).


7. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, SurePacks shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, revenue, or brand
reputation) arising out of or related to the use of our packaging or Services. Our total
cumulative liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving
rise to the claim.


8. Governing Law


These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
jurisdiction in which SurePacks operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

address, email address, phone number, and job title provided when requesting quotes,

PCI-compliant payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). SurePacks does not store raw credit
card numbers.
Custom Design Data: Artwork files, logos, corporate brand assets, and structural

and browsing behavior gathered via cookies and tracking technologies.


2. How We Use Your Information
